서비스와 계정
Days in Words는 주제 정리, 대화와 직접 작성, AI 초안·편집·번역 및 책 미리 보기·내보내기를 돕습니다. Google 계정으로 로그인하며 계정당 하나의 회고록을 사용합니다. 본인이 사용할 권한이 있는 계정으로 이용하고 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리해 주세요.
내 기록과 다른 사람의 권리
작성하거나 올린 원본 콘텐츠의 권리는 본인 또는 원래 권리자에게 있습니다. 서비스 운영자는 회고록을 저장·처리·표시하고 요청한 AI 기능 및 내보내기를 제공하는 데 필요한 범위에서 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 다른 사람의 저작권과 개인정보를 존중하고 공유 권한이 없는 자료를 올리지 마세요. 불법 행위, 타인 계정에 대한 무단 접근, 서비스 방해나 이용 한도 우회에 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
AI 결과 확인
AI는 사실, 맥락이나 번역을 잘못 표현할 수 있습니다. 생성된 글을 원래 기억과 비교하고 공개·공유 전에 직접 검토해 주세요. 서비스가 결과의 정확성이나 독창성을 보증하지 않습니다. AI는 전문적인 법률·의료 등 조언을 대신하지 않습니다.
이용 범위와 비용
현재 제공되는 체험 범위와 이용 한도는 앱에 표시됩니다. 현재 자동 결제는 없으며, 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우 가격과 조건을 별도로 안내하고 결제 의사를 확인합니다. 기능과 한도는 서비스 운영에 따라 변경될 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 안내합니다.
기록 관리와 서비스 변경
중요한 기록은 내보내기로 별도 보관해 주세요. 기록을 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며 영구 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 로그인 정보까지 삭제하려면 문의처로 요청해 주세요. 서비스 중단이나 기능 변경이 있을 수 있으며, 예정된 중요한 변경이나 종료는 가능한 경우 미리 안내합니다. 불법 이용이나 서비스 보안을 위협하는 행위에는 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.

개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 설명합니다. 문의나 권리 관련 요청은 contact@paceberry.com로 보내 주세요. 이 약관은 관련 법률에 따라 제한할 수 없는 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 약관의 중요한 변경은 서비스 내에 안내합니다.

These terms apply to Days in Words, operated by Pace Berry LLC.
Service and account
The service helps you organize topics, explore memories, write directly or with AI, translate writing, and preview and export a memoir. Sign in with a Google account you are authorized to use. Each account has one memoir. Keep your sign-in methods secure.
Content and acceptable use
Rights in original content remain with you or its original rights holder. We process content as necessary to store, display and provide your memoir, requested AI features and exports. Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not upload material you lack permission to share, use the service unlawfully, access another person’s account, disrupt the service or evade usage limits.
AI and usage limits
AI can misrepresent facts, context and translations. Review generated writing against your memories before sharing or publishing. Accuracy and originality are not guaranteed. AI does not replace professional advice. Current trial access and limits appear in the app. There is currently no automatic billing; any paid offering will disclose pricing and terms and require a payment decision. We may change features and limits and will communicate material changes.
Your records and changes
Export important records for your own backup. You can edit and delete records; permanent deletion cannot be undone. Contact us to request deletion of authentication records. Outages and feature changes may occur; where possible we provide advance notice of planned material changes or closure. We may restrict access for unlawful use or conduct that threatens service security.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling. Contact contact@paceberry.com for questions and rights requests. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. We communicate material updates within the service.
